At The Skin Manifesto, we are doing the utmost to protect you and our team from COVID-19.
It is business as usual at The Skin Manifesto and we look forward to seeing you soon and making you look great and feel relaxed.
We have always maintained the highest hygiene standards at the clinic and we understand it is now essential to communicate with clients the extraordinary lengths we are going to further up our hygiene game.
 

We wanted to let you know of the amplified measures we are taking to protect you and our team from COVID-19:

Firstly, we have stepped up our procedures and adopted extra measures in terms of cleaning, disinfecting and physical protection to ensure a healthy environment for you, me and other clients who visit The Skin Manifesto.

 

We are taking extreme measures by increasing & altering our already exceptional hygiene practices:
  • 15 minute turnover gap times have been allocated between all client treatments for sterilisation of all surfaces & equipment and personal health.
  • We have temporarily removed all refreshments, and confectionery items from our reception area.
  • Strategic booking times have been implemented to ensure that the clinic is assisting with social distancing & minimising interaction.
  • All clients arriving for their appointments are required to use the hand sanitiser at Reception upon both entering and leaving the clinic.
  • It has always been our policy to wear surgical masks and gloves during every treatment at The Skin Manifesto, and we will be continuing to do so to enhance our respective personal health safety.
  • It has always been our policy to utilise single use disposables items for every treatment at The Skin Manifesto. For items that are re-usable such as; mask brushes and towels, we utilise hospital grade disinfectant solutions when cleaning.
  • If you have recently returned from an overseas trip or if anyone within your family has, we kindly request to re-schedule your appointment.
  • If you are feeling sick or unwell or unwell we kindly ask for as much notice as possible when rescheduling.
  • FREE DELIVERY for all Skin Product Purchases if you can’t make it in-clinic.

When arriving for your appointment, please use the hand sanitiser at Reception upon both entering and leaving the clinic.

 

Masks
We understand from the official Government website; it is unnecessary to wear a mask if a person is not displaying symptoms. However, it has always been our policy to wear masks during every treatment at The Skin Manifesto and I will be continue as always to be wearing one during our one-on-one treatments to enhance our respective personal health safety

Have you recently returned from an overseas trip?
It is now a requirement by the Australian Federal Government that anyone who has returned from an overseas trip to self-quarantine for a minimum of 14 days upon arrival back to Australia.
If you have recently returned from an overseas trip or if anyone within your family has, we kindly request that you please call us on 8544 3054 to re-schedule your appointment.

When should you reschedule your appointment?
There is no need to cancel your booking at The Skin Manifesto unless you are displaying the symptoms. Symptoms can range from mild illness to pneumonia. Some people will recover easily, and others may get very sick very quickly. People with coronavirus may experience:

  • Fever
  • Flu-like symptoms such as coughing, sore throat and fatigue
  • Shortness of breath
Please consider all others in this process.

 

We will waive our usual cancellation fee.
We will waive our typical cancellation policy for short notice cancellations until further notice. And we will happily re-book you for a later date.
