Promotions and Offers

All Promotions and Offers are considered separate and not available with other Promotions and Offers. As an example, a promotional discount of 50%, that may be available on your first treatment, cannot be used in conjunction with another special offer discount of 20% or a nominal value credit provided to you that may be available as a referral or member’s incentive.

Treatment Packages 

  • Not valid with any other offers and may be withdrawn at any time.

  • Packages are only valid per client, and cannot be transferred to another person or for another treatment (non-transferable).

  • Treatments included in each package cannot be exchanged for other treatments.

  • Package savings are calculated on the individual retail treatment prices and not pre-paid prices.

  • No refunds available on pre-paid packages, otherwise full retail price applies.

  • Package use expires 12 months from date of purchase.

  • Treatment add-on prices that are in addition to the packages are at the normal retail price, yet The Skin Manifesto and its employees reserve the right to offer you discounts on such add-ons.

  • Clients must inform The Skin Manifesto of their skin concerns prior to the commencement of all treatments, and a consent form must be signed.

  • Clients should follow at home practices recommended by your treating therapist, including recommended product use, for best results.

  • The terms of The Skin Manifesto’s Cancellations and Refunds Policy applies.

Friend Referral Vouchers

  • Not available with any other offers and may be withdrawn at any time.

  • Voucher is only valid for an individual treatment, per client, per visit.

  • Referral Voucher cannot be used as a full or partial deposit on a treatment that requires a deposit.

  • Offer is not redeemable on Products.

  • Not redeemable for cash, and not transferable to another voucher.

$35 off VIP signup offer

  • Not available with any other offers and may be withdrawn at any time.

  • Offer is not available with Referral Vouchers Program.

  • New clients only.

  • $35 off can be used against any treatment, excluding Products.

  • An Email will be sent you detailing the Offer. Print the Email and bring it into our clinic to receive your $35 off any treatment. Alternatively, you can come directly to our clinic and, for new clients only, you will also be offered $35 off if you mention this special Offer and book a treatment on that day.

  • Offer is valid for 14 days from the date that the Email is sent to an individual.

  • Offer is only valid for an individual treatment, per client, per visit.

  • Only one $35 off voucher will be permitted to be used per client, even if client has signed up using multiple email addresses.

  • Offer of $35 off can not be used as a full or partial deposit on a treatment that requires a deposit.

  • Offer is not redeemable on Products.

  • Not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Glow Club Membership Terms and Conditions

  • Your weekly membership fee will be debited from your nominated bank account, or credit card, on the same day every week.

    For example: Your membership commences on a Tuesday. All payments will come out every Tuesday.

  • The membership term is a commitment for 12 months which is over 52 weeks. 

  • Within the 12-month period, you will receive 13 treatments. Each treatment is spaced 4 weeks apart.

  • Membership is Non-transferable.

  • Membership is hosted by Aglow, keeping your payments Safe and Secure. 

  • On your bank statement, Aglow will be the debtor. 

  • Discounts are only available on full priced treatments and products. If already discounted, the lesser of the two prices will apply.

  • Exclusive member-only offers are available only until stocks last (in the case of products).

  • The Skin Manifesto reserves the right to change or terminate the ‘Glow Club ‘Membership at any time with a minimum of one month’s notice provided. 

  • All treatments must be paid for upfront before the commencement of any treatment while on the membership.

  • Clinic Booking Policy applies to all appointments made. For more information, please visit our booking policy on our website.

  • While the cancellation of your membership is at the discretion of The Skin Manifesto, we will not unreasonably withhold your ability to cancel before the 12 month period is over; however, a 4-week equivalent of membership payment is required.

  • Your membership will automatically renew 12 months from the original sign up date. If you wish to cancel your membership, a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice is required before your membership is automatically renewed. Please note that you will receive a notification via SMS and Email that your membership is up for renewal.

    Additional Fees and Charges

    There is a one-time only set up fee of $7.70 that will be charged with your 1st payment.

    An additional 2.2% will be added for administration fees to Aglow for all transactions over your membership term.

    Your membership benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. 

    Membership Renewal and Cancelation.

    Your membership will automatically renew 12 months from the original sign up date. If you wish to cancel your membership, a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice is required before your membership is automatically renewed.

    Please note that you will receive a notification via SMS and Email that your membership is up for renewal.
